KolayNot: Easy and Efficient Excel to OBS Converter
KolayNot is a Chrome add-on that allows you to automatically transfer student grades from Excel documents to the Ankara University Student Information System (OBS). With just a simple drag and drop of an Excel file containing student numbers and grades, you can easily import the data into the KolayNot application. The program prompts you to specify which columns correspond to the "Number" and "Grade" information. Once identified, KolayNot automatically matches the students from the Excel list to the displayed course and transfers their grades seamlessly.
If you have multiple groups for a course and conduct a single exam for all of them, KolayNot is the perfect solution. You don't need to sort the bulk exam results manually. KolayNot efficiently identifies the students in the displayed group and accurately transfers their grades from the Excel list. It also marks the students who are not found in the Excel list as "Absent" and highlights any students in the Excel list who are not displayed in the course.
It is important to note that KolayNot is authorized by your browser solely for the purpose of entering grades. It does not have access to other pages of OBS, especially the user login page.
